Distances līgums 
SIA LATTUR, reģ. Nr. LV40003021803, no vienas puses, turpmāk saukts Piegādātājs, un pasūtījuma pasūtītājs, turpmāk tekstā – Klients, no otras puses, noslēdz šādu Līgumu:
Piegādātājs apņemas pārdot un piegādāt Pircējam pakalpojumus pēc pircēja pasūtījuma.
Pasūtīšanas, piegādes un apmaksas kārtība
Klients pasūta pakalpojumus, izmantojot šo vietni, e-pastu vai citu saziņas kanālu, norādot pērkamo pakalpojumu veidu un daudzumu. Klientam ir iespēja norēķināties par pakalpojumu klātienē vai apmaksāt Piegādātāja sagatavoto un Klientam pa e-pastu nosūtīto rēķinu ar pārskaitījumu, vai Visa/Master karti, izmantojot saiti – apmaksāt. Rēķins tiek sastādīts elektroniski un ir derīgs bez paraksta.
Pakalpojumu sniedzējs nodrošina pakalpojumu piegādi x dienu laikā pēc pakalpojuma apmaksas saņemšanas, par piegādes laiku vienojoties ar Klientu. Dažos gadījumos var būt iespējama pēcapmaksa.
Pretenzijas
Klientam ir tiesības iesniegt pretenziju 7 kalendāro dienu laikā no pakalpojuma saņemšanas, nosūtot par to Pakalpojuma sniedzējam pretenzijas vēstuli.
Pircējs nevar izmantot pretenzijas tiesības, ja:
· pasūtījums pēc saņemšanas ir patstāvīgi koriģēts ;
· ir pagājušas vairāk nekā 7 dienas no pasūtījuma saņemšanas;
Datu apstrāde
Ievadot nepieciešamo informāciju, noformējot pasūtījumu, Klients apliecina, ka ir iepazinies un piekrīt, ka viņa sniegtie dati tiek izmantoti, lai Piegādātājs varētu pieņemt Klienta pasūtījumu un veikt pakalpojumu sniegšanu atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām. Iesniedzot savus datus, Klients piekrīt to nodošanai, glabāšanai un apstrādei. Izpildītājs iespēju robežās veiks visus nepieciešamos pasākumus, lai nodrošinātu drošu datu apstrādi saskaņā ar uzņēmuma privātuma politiku, kā arī saskaņā ar normatīvo aktu prasībām par personas datu, tajā skaitā Vispārējo datu aizsardzību. Aizsardzības regula 2016/679.
Klients var iepazīties uzņēmuma mājaslapā ar detalizētu informāciju par personas datu apstrādi
Distance contract 
LATTUR Ltd, Reg. No. LV40003021803 on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Provider, and the person ordering the order, hereinafter referred to as the Client, on the other, shall conclude the following Agreement:
The Provider undertakes to sell and deliver services to the buyer, according to the purchaser's order.
Order, delivery and payment procedures
The Client shall order services through this website, e-mail or other communication channel, indicating the type and quantity of services to be purchased. The Client has the option to pay for the service in person, or to pay the invoice prepared by the Provider and sent to the Client by e-mail with a transfer, or a Visa/Master card using link – pay. The invoice shall be drawn up electronically and shall be valid without signature.
The Provider shall ensure the delivery of services within x days of receipt of payment for the service, with the delivery time agreed upon with the Client. In some cases, post-payment may be possible.
Claims
The Client shall have the right to claim the service provided within 7 calendar days of receipt of the service by sending the Provider a letter of claim thereon.
The buyer may not exercise the right of claim if:
· the order has been corrected independently upon receipt;
· more than 7 days have passed.
Data processing
When entering the necessary information, when drawing up an order, the Client shall certify that they have become acquainted with and agree that the data provided by them is used to enable the Provider to accept the order of the Client and to perform the supply of services in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. When submitting its data, the Client agrees to their transfer, storage and processing. The performer will take all necessary measures to the extent possible in order to ensure secure processing of data in accordance with the privacy policy of the undertaking, as well as in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments regarding the protection of personal data, including General data Protection Regulation 2016/679.
The Client may consult the company's website with detailed information regarding the processing of personal data.
1. Ceļojuma konsultēšana - 20 EUR / stunda
2. Izrakstīto biļešu/vaučeru u.c. ceļojuma dokumenty anulēšana vai izmaiņas - 20 EUR + soda nauda no aviokompānijas vai operatora.
3. Ceļojuma maršrutu izstrāse - 50 EUR
4. Ceļojumu dokumentu piegāde individuālajiem tūristiem pēc viņu pieprasījuma - 20 EUR
